Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Website analytics is optional. Advertising tracking is disabled.

01

Who we are

Quietly Loud is a creative and performance marketing studio operated by House of Travelers. For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@quietlyloud.in.

02

Information we collect

When you contact us, you may provide your name, email, international phone or WhatsApp number, company or brand, service interests and project details. If you accept website analytics after it is enabled for the live site, technical and usage information may also be processed, such as browser and device data, pages visited, interactions, referral source and approximate location supplied by the service.

03

How we collect it

We receive information you provide in an enquiry or direct conversation. When the website form is available, it sends your enquiry to our enquiry service for storage and a notification to palak@quietlyloud.in. If the form reports that it is unavailable, you can use the direct contact options instead; it does not simulate a successful submission. The service also uses technical request information for security and abuse prevention. Technical information may come from your browser and, with your choice to allow it, cookies or similar analytics technologies.

04

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide requested services, communicate about potential or ongoing projects, support clients, improve the website and services, measure website use when you allow Analytics, keep appropriate business records and meet applicable legal obligations.

05

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Google Analytics 4 measures website use only when analytics is enabled for this site and you accept Analytics. Analytics is denied by default: we do not load the Google Analytics script or send a Google Analytics measurement request before that choice. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalisation, Google Signals and remarketing remain disabled. Withdrawing Analytics stops future Quietly Loud analytics events and removes controllable Google Analytics cookies where feasible; it does not promise retroactive deletion by Google.

06

Marketing communications

Submitting an enquiry, sharing a phone number or reading this notice does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional email and WhatsApp choices are separate, unticked and channel-specific. A preference can be withdrawn by replying STOP, using an unsubscribe method where supplied or contacting privacy@quietlyloud.in. We retain the minimum suppression record needed to respect an opt-out.

07

Service providers and disclosures

Quietly Loud does not sell or rent personal information. Necessary service providers process information to support hosting, enquiry storage, email, business communications and analytics you allow. Amazon Web Services supports website hosting and, when the website form is available, enquiry storage and notification delivery; business email and consented Google Analytics 4 use Google services. Enquiry notifications are addressed to palak@quietlyloud.in. Other providers or collaborators may be involved in providing a service you request. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legitimate rights.

08

International processing

Some providers or project collaborators may process information outside your country. Where that happens, we consider the location, service and safeguards relevant to the work. We do not claim that every provider stores information in one country.

09

Data retention

We keep enquiry and prospect data for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Active client and business records are retained as required for the relationship and applicable legal or accounting obligations. We retain the minimum suppression record needed to honour opt-outs. Valid deletion requests are honoured unless legitimate retention applies. Automated storage expiry does not itself delete email copies or guarantee deletion at an exact instant; retention and deletion handling also covers relevant business records and inbox copies.

10

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and services involved. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send passwords or private customer records through the enquiry form.

11

Your choices and requests

You can ask about the information we hold, request correction or deletion where applicable, or object to relevant marketing by emailing privacy@quietlyloud.in. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Valid deletion requests are honoured unless legitimate retention applies, including relevant legal or accounting obligations. You can change your Analytics choice using the website’s privacy preferences.

12

Third-party links

Links to Instagram, WhatsApp or other external services take you to their own websites or apps. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.

13

Children’s privacy

This website is for business enquiries and is not directed to children. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

14

Changes to this policy

We may update this notice as the website and services change. The date at the top shows when this notice was last updated.
